Simplima’s management consists of an experienced team both in software development and commercial sectors:


  • CEO: Mr. MICHAEL TAYTSLIN (Boston, US), CEO of MatchPoint International, consulting and advising technology early-stage companies on marketing and sales strategy, channel development, and business planning and operations. Former Senior VP Worldwide Client Services, Incentive Systems;  VP Client Services, CheckFree i-Solutions, responsible for day-to-day operations and overall business performance, customer support and training services in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific; and Senior VP Operations, INSCI Corporation. Taytslin was Chief Information Officer, Parametric Technology Corporation; Management Consultant and Professional Services Manager, Computer Associates; and Senior Architect and Technical Project Manager, Data Architects. 

 

  • Founder, Chairman and CTO: Mr. SHLOMO RABINOVITCH (Israel), the inventor of eMaze and a founder (with his team) of the Company. He was a SW manager of airborne radio communication systems, responsible for the software development of projects from their inception to full deployment. Shlomo was in charge of Wireless Local Loop software development at ADC Israel, Department Manager of Network Management Systems and VP Development at Sixth Element Group (SEG). Shlomo has 20 years experience in developing, managing and implementing idea-to-product projects, while maintaining a high degree of cooperation with the marketing staff.

  • Director: Mrs. CAROLE MADDEN (UK), CMA Managing Director (http://www.cmassociates.co.uk). Highly motivated professional with a track record of innovation, achievement and results across a range of commercial and operational environments with excellent leadership ability, experienced in real and virtual teams across national and international boundaries. At CMA: designing a Commercial Transformation programme for a Blue Chip company, entering the offshore $4bn technology company into UK Public Sector, transforming a £350m R&D department from a cost recovery unit to a market led organisation, preparing a start-up for significant investment, transforming UK Local Authority.

  • Dr. Nimrod Kozlovski (Israel), Computer Security expert in research of Content Protection systems and technologies (http://www.internetlaws.co.il/about-e.htm), J.S.D. in (Internet) Law and Post-Doc in Computers. The author of the book "The Computer and the Legal Process", co-editor of the book on Computer Crimes (NYU Press, 2006) and numerous articles on the Internet law, computer crimes, computer search and electronic evidence. He was an Adjunct Professor for CyberCrime at New York Law School and is currently a lecturer in cyberlaw and e-commerce at Tel-Aviv University.
  • Mr. Dan Burger ( USA), Dan is a serial entrepreneur, creating and building sustainable companies over the past 15 years in a variety of industries including technology and entertainment.  Throughout these initiatives, Dan’s vision has remained consistent: to create value for investors and to create high performance work environments that drive great customer experiences. Dan serves as a board member of Buzzards Bay Productions, a television production company focused on developing content that is both positive and enduring.  Prior to Buzzards Bay Productions, Dan was the CEO of NetView Technologies, an enterprise software company in the sales performance management sector.  Earlier, Dan was a founder and President of WorkSoft, where he pioneered the development of Certify®, an automated testing solution for empowering all product stakeholders to contribute to quality software testing.  Dan was also a founder and general manager of Software Quality Partners, the country’s leading boutique consultancy that provided software quality services to the Fortune 100 and software companies throughout the US . His leadership over seven years led to the firm’s acquisition by Ajilon, a global leader in managed services, consulting and specialty staffing. Dan is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
  • Prof. Shlomo Kipnis (Israel), Chairman of Computer Department of Hadassah Technological College, Jerusalem, (http://www.hadassah-col.ac.il/mainEn.htm) an expert in computer security and protection, formerly from NDS (world’s largest DRM player) and IBM.
  • Mr. Igal Voronel (Norway), a Social Anthropologist with a combined executive MBA from Norway and National University of Singapore, 5 years of IT experience (Start-Up and Consulting/Project Management), is working as the Project Manager for Oslo ’s main New Public Library (a $140M project

Development Team

  • Mr. Alexey Zolotaryov, Developer Technology Integration, has been involved in software development since 1993. He started as a programmer in Innovinn where he developed control systems and than became a team leader in distributed systems and networks. Since 1998 Mr. Zolotaryov is a R&D group manager and technology consultant in SCP Systems Israel where he covers vast area of specialties including all operating systems and development tools. Mr. Zolotaryov has a vast experience in developing from paper to product working in the customer premises.
  • Mr. David Groozman, Developer Servers, has worked in software development since 1993 as an application developer, editing tools, multimedia area, and user interfaces programming. Mr. Groozman worked in Eventus Logistics Israel as a senior programmer. He was a team member, developing multi-tier systems, using a variety of protocols, technologies and development tools and techniques. Mr. Groozman held a position in ADC Israel as a leading engineer and team leader of the innovative distributed NMS system. Mr. Groozman has a depth of experience in Object Oriented Development (OOD), analysis, processes and tools, and has developed a strong technical and architectural understanding.
  • Mr. Oleg Gibaev, Developer Client and Consumer Devices, started working in development projects in 1995, initially on real-time control systems. During 1996-1999 he participated in the development of the SMTP protocol, user interface for radar system and protocols. Mr. Gibaev worked at ArelNet Israel as senior programmer in charge of development of telecommunication systems making use of embedded real time operating systems and standard protocol stacks.
